Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At SLEK PTY LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

2. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service team.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
